Jennifer Sinex is a partner of White and Bright and advises clients on estate planning and all phases of probate and trust administration.

Ms. Sinex brings years of experience as an IRS registered tax preparer and assists clients regarding estate and gift tax planning, including the preparation of United States Estate (and Generation Skipping Transfer) tax returns, Form 706, drafting revocable inter vivos trusts, irrevocable trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and health care directives, and allocation of assets to subtrusts. She has represented clients before probate courts in San Diego, Los Angeles, Orange County, San Bernardino and Riverside Counties regarding probate and trust administration and litigation matters, and has represented clients before the IRS in tax controversy matters.

Prior to White and Bright, Ms. Sinex was Senior Counsel with one of the largest local law firms in San Diego.

Ms. Sinex is an appointed member of Scripps Health Gift Planning Advisory Council and a proud board member of BSA Venturing Crew 16 in San Diego California, a co-ed high adventure backpacking unit for youth ages 14-21 sponsored by Boy Scouts of America.
