Jodi C. White-Schnoebelen is a partner of White and Bright, and focuses her practice on real estate and business transactions, tax, and estate planning.
Ms. White-Schnoebelen’s clients tend to be small business owners who own real estate, require tax and estate planning, and are interested in their heirs succeeding them in the family business. She is routinely engaged in real estate sales, leasing, and financing transactions.
Although licensed in California only, Ms. White-Schnoebelen has clients with investments and operations in several states and has worked on purchases, sales, leases, and financing of real properties in approximately ten states outside of California. When working outside of California, she works closely with not only opposing counsel, real estate brokers, title, escrow and closing agents, but also with CPAs and other advisors as well as local counsel.
Ms. White-Schnoebelen has worked as a clerk and later attorney at White and Bright since attending law school. She has worked in various areas, including civil litigation, real estate transactional, business planning, entity formation and maintenance, lending, estate planning, and tax planning.
In addition to her professional role, Ms. White-Schnoebelen is herself an active real estate investor and manages several pension plans that hold promissory notes secured by real property. She lives in Escondido with her family, goats, chickens and three alpaca.
