Ryann E. Cahill is an associate attorney at White and Bright, LLP, whose practice focuses on real estate law and trust and estate law.

After taking the bar, Ms. Cahill spent time working at a boutique IP firm in downtown San Deigo where she prepared patent and trademark applications and responded to office actions issued by the United States Patent and Trademark Office. During law school, Ms. Cahill gained experience as a legal extern at a real estate and civil litigation firm. She also worked at a Pro Bono Clinic where she provided legal services to clients regarding internet, intellectual property, and media rights.

Ms. Cahill graduated cum laude from California Western School of Law (’22). Prior to law school, she worked for several years as a Systems Engineer at Watts Water Technologies. As a member of the Strategic Accounts Team, she managed the technology evaluation stage of the sales process and worked with account managers, sales representatives, and customers as the key technical advisor. This position also required extensive travel domestically and internationally, which she thoroughly enjoyed.

Prior to her time at Watts, Ms. Cahill worked in downtown Boston, Massachusetts as a Mechanical Design Engineer at SmithGroup, an architecture and engineering design firm. While she was at SmithGroup, Ryann gained valuable expertise in building design and construction. Ms. Cahill has experience with drafting, modeling software, building code, and reading architectural drawings and specifications.

Ryann grew up in Centennial, Colorado and moved to San Diego with her husband in 2020. She holds an Architectural Engineering degree from the University of Colorado Boulder. While attending the University of Colorado, Ryann passed the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) Exam and went skiing as much as possible. In her free time Ryann enjoys running and going to the beach with her family.
