Associate Attorney Anna Burnett Joins White and Bright

White and Bright, LLP is pleased to announce the addition of Anna Burnett as its newest associate attorney at the firm. Ms. Burnett will add to the firm’s corporate, entity and real estate transactions practice. “Anna is an experienced transaction attorney, who will be a great addition to our practice and can really provide value for our clients,” said Fred Pfister, Managing Partner of White and Bright. “We are very excited to have her be a part of our team.”

Burnett's responsibilities will include entity formation, corporate compliance, partnership and shareholder disputes, real estate and business transactions, commercial leases, and general counsel representation.

Prior to becoming an associate attorney with White and Bright, Ms. Burnett worked in-house at a San Diego-based real estate development and investment company. She had also utilized her legal background in a non-traditional manner, working as a real estate project manager at a San Diego-based real estate development and investment company. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University in West Lafayette and a Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law in San Diego. Originally from the Midwest, Burnett lives with her husband and enjoys reading, practicing yoga, and learning German.
