Liz is an associate attorney at White and Bright whose practice focuses on trust and estate law, including litigation, probate and trust administration. Liz frequently represents trustees, beneficiaries, and other interested parties in will and trust contests, breach of fiduciary duty cases, accounting disputes, financial elder abuse matters, undue influence claims, removal and surcharge actions, and trust reformation or modification actions.
Prior to joining White and Bright, Liz worked in the Private Wealth and Fiduciary Litigation practice group at a prominent international law firm in the firm’s Los Angeles and Silicon Valley offices. Liz also previously worked in the Corporate and Finance practice group in the Silicon Valley office of a major international law firm where she represented investors and entrepreneurs throughout the life cycle of business ventures including entity formation, venture capital financing transactions, and mergers and acquisitions.
Liz is also a Certified Public Accountant and uses the skills she learned during her time practicing as a tax accountant at PricewaterhouseCoopers to generate innovative strategies for her clients.
In her free time, Liz enjoys hiking with her family and corgi. Liz also enjoys gardening, collecting and growing rare fruit trees, and travelling.
