Kalli N. Sarkin

Attorney Kalli N. Sarkin is an associate attorney at White and Bright, LLP, and represents clients in real estate and business matters, including entity formation, real estate and business transactions, and resolution of partnership disputes.

Prior to joining the firm, Kalli practiced at a large law firm in downtown San Diego. She has experience in tort litigation, family law, and personal injury law. During law school, Kalli served on the Moot Court Honors Board and on the editorial board of the UC Davis Business Law Journal. She was the Director of the Business Law Journal Symposium, at which partners and professors from around the world discussed the role of ethics in technological innovation, the duties a corporation owes to its community, and how diversity, equity, and inclusion are best promoted in the corporate workplace. Kalli was formerly a member of the Milton L. Schwartz/David F. Levi American Inn of Court.

Kalli is passionate about research and writing. She has worked as a research assistant and as a freelance writer. She has presented her research at multiple conferences, including the Tennessee Classics Research Conference and UCLA Research Week, where she received an award for Outstanding Presentation. She has served on the editorial board of Aleph: UCLA’s Undergraduate Research Journal for the Humanities and Social Sciences.

Kalli majored in Latin at the University of California, Los Angeles, where she graduated cum laude and as a member of the Honors Program. In her capacity as President of the Classical Society, she founded the UCLA chapter of Eta Sigma Phi, a collegiate honor society for the study of Classics. She has studied archaeology in Rome and French language in Paris, and she can read and write in Ancient Greek.

Kalli enjoys volunteer work and volunteers at multiple pro bono clinics. She spent a summer in Honolulu working with Volunteer Legal Services Hawaii. She has also volunteered with Habitat for Humanity in Los Angeles, Global Village in Peru, and Farm Davis in Davis, California. In San Diego, she participates in beach clean-ups.
