Tucker Y. Phillips is an Associate Attorney at White and Bright and represents clients in both real property litigation and transactional matters. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Phillips gained practice experience in several areas of law, including personal injury defense, premises liability litigation, defense of governmental entities, and insurance coverage. During law school, Mr. Phillips assisted small business owners in settling long-standing disputes with the IRS through the U.S. Tax Court Clinic. He also excelled during his involvement with the Alternative Dispute Resolution competition board and represented Chapman University at several regional and national competitions.

Mr. Phillips graduated from Chapman University Fowler School of Law (’20) and was admitted to the state bar following the October 2020 examination. Tucker attended Hillsdale College in Michigan where he was heavily involved in the musical arts, sitting as Principal Cellist for the Hillsdale College Symphony Orchestra for the majority of his studies.

Tucker currently resides in Oceanside, California and enjoys exploring the local area for new restaurants, beaches, and activities. He can also be found skiing, golfing, and attending sporting events whenever possible.
