Fred Pfister to Host Virtual Legal Update on COVID-19 – Selling Real Estate Virtually

On April 14, 2020, attorney Fred Pfister will present a legal seminar for the Pacific Southwest Association of REALTORS®. This virtual seminar is targeted to real estate agents and brokers to update them on recent developments surrounding the Coronavirus (COVID-19) crisis and the impacts it could have on the real estate industry, including issues of liability for real estate professionals.

About the Pacific Southwest Association of Realtors

The Pacific Southwest Association of Realtors (PSAR) recognizes that Realtors are a valuable resource in securing private property rights and making homeownership widely available to people of all backgrounds. PSAR's mission is to empower real estate professionals and to encourage the values of competency, ethics, diversity, transparency, trustworthiness, and empathy. PSAR was founded in 1928, and it contemplated Multiple Listing Systems as early as 1948. The organization expanded to La Mesa in 1950, to Chula Vista in 1955, to El Cajon Valley in 1959, and to central San Diego in 2019.

PSAR continues to play a significant role in shaping the history, growth, and development of the real estate industry in San Diego County, including continued geographical expansion to serve a broader spectrum of members. PSAR offers a variety of educational courses and training sessions, including a license renewal crash course, training on the code of ethics, lessons on how to get more listings, and involvement in various expos.
