PSAR's mission is to empower real estate professionals and to encourage the values of competency, ethics, diversity, transparency, trustworthiness, and empathy. The organization expanded to La Mesa in 1950, to Chula Vista in 1955, to El Cajon Valley in 1959, and to central San Diego in 2019.
PSAR continues to play a significant role in shaping the history, growth, and development of the real estate industry in San Diego County, including continued geographical expansion to serve a broader spectrum of members. The organization has accomplished its great feats through the use of multiple committees, including the technology committee, professional standards committee, committee of governmental affairs, global council, CRMLS advisory, the the Young Professionals Network.
PSAR offers a variety of educational courses and training sessions, including a license renewal crash course, training on the code of ethics, lessons on how to get more listings, and involvement in various expos.
