On May 18, 2018, attorneys David Bright and Fred Pfister presented a Legal Update 2018 at the North San Diego County Association of REALTORS®. This seminar was targeted to real estate agents and brokers to update them on recent developments in the industry, including advertising issues, disclosures, the petition process, disciplinary action, accessory dwelling units, and marijuana issues affecting REALTORS®.
The North San Diego County Association of REALTORS® (NSDCAR) provides its members with access to benefits such as valuable real estate market data, industry-specific business tools, and educational opportunities that help realtors to grow their business, make professional connections, and advocate for their clients in each of their transactions. The Association offers subscriptions, online help, courses, and virtual training.
NSDCAR is highly involved in giving back to the community - it has hosted events such as the North San Diego County REALTORS® YPN Blood Drive and the YPN Food and the Hygiene Drive for Interfaith Community Services, and it has supported fellow associations such as Fallbrook REALTORS® and Affiliates at the Fallbrook VFW Post, the Gary Sinise Foundation, and the American Red Cross.
Mr. Bright is a founding partner of White and Bright and is well known for his frequent speaking engagements and educational events with agents and brokers throughout San Diego County. Mr. Bright is also a member of the California Association of Realtors® (“CAR”) Legal Affairs Committee and is a former member of Select Strategic Defense Attorney Referral Panel.
