Jennifer Sinex Joins White and Bright as Partner

White and Bright, LLP is pleased to announce the addition of Jennifer Sinex as the firm's newest partner. Ms. Sinex brings decades of experience to White and Bright, and she will use this valuable knowledge to add to the firm’s estate planning practice.

Prior Experience

Prior to joining White and Bright, Ms. Sinex was Senior Counsel at Procopio, Cory, Hargreaves & Savitch LLP. She has assisted clients with estate and gift tax planning, including the preparation of United States Estate (and Generation Skipping Transfer) tax returns, Form 706, drafting revocable inter vivos trusts, irrevocable trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and health care directives, and allocation of assets to subtrusts. She has represented clients before probate courts in the counties of San Diego, Los Angeles, Orange, San Bernardino, and Riverside regarding probate and trust administration and litigation matters, and she has represented clients before the IRS in tax controversy matters.

Education and Memberships

Sinex earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a Juris Doctor and Master’s of Law degree from University of San Diego School of Law. She is an appointed member of Scripps Health Gift Planning Advisory Council and a proud board member of BSA Venturing Crew 16, a San Diego co-ed high adventure backpacking unit for youth ages 14-21 sponsored by Boy Scouts of America. Her professional associations include:

• Taxation and Trusts and Estates Sections of the State Bar of California, and
• Estate Planning, Trusts, and Probate Law Section of the San Diego County Bar Association.
