Real Estate Contracts & Compliance: Fred Pfister to Share Insights at NSDC Realtors Event

White and Bright, LLP Partner Frederick W. Pfister will serve as a panelist for the North San Diego County Association of Realtors’ event “DRE (Department of Real Estate) Enforcement Trends: What You Need to Know & California’s Homeowners’ Insurance Crisis.”

A veteran real estate law practitioner, Fred will discuss recent changes to California Association of Realtors (C.A.R.) contracts and provide valuable insights for handling special situations that may arise during a transaction and tips for accurately completing a successful contract.

Other panelists include DRE District Manager Veronica Kilpatrick and California Department of Insurance Outreach Analyst Sharon Smith.
